Can I avoid the packaging fee?
Yes, you can! To avoid this charge, we encourage you to choose our Bring Your Own Bag (BYOB) option. Here's how:
1. When placing your order online, look for the "Bring Your Own Bag" option under "Select The Packaging"
2. Select that option, and the packaging fee will be automatically removed from your total during checkout.

Can I combine orders from different schools for delivery?
No. Orders cannot be combined across different schools because they packed individually at each school bookshop rather than a central warehouse. To qualify for a single delivery, all items must belong to the same school
When will my order arrive?
Orders are delivered on your selected date. Please refer to the delivery fees below

*Note: The courier company handles all delivery routing. You can expect the driver to drop off your order anytime between 9:00AM and 9:00PM.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier may attempt a second delivery, subject to their availabilty. After 2 failed delivery attempt, the order will be transferred back to the school bookshop for self-collection. You will be required to provide your order confirmation for collection.
To reschedule a delivery, an additional fee of $25 per order will apply.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer two shipping options:
Self-Collection: Pick up your items directly from your child's respective school bookshop
Home Delivery: Fulfiled by our third-party logistics partner. For families with multiple children attending the same school, we provide multi-tiered delivery rates to help you save on shipping

Where is the Self-Collection point?
Self-Collection point is at the respective SCHOOL BOOKSHOP. Please present your Order Confirmation email upon collection.
What if I miss the Self-Collection date?
You may attempt to collect the order on the next available walk-in date (subject to school availability) or when the school re-opens in January.
Please note that a storage fee of $5 per day may be applied to orders not collected after 14 days from the date of collection.
What do I need to bring for Self-Collection?
Please bring your order confirmation email, either printed or on your mobile device. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present this confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only deliver within Singapore
I purchase the wrong item, what should I do?
You can exchange booklist items at the school bookshop, provided they are in brand-new, re-salable condition with no names written on them.
- Higher-value exchanges: If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference
- Lower-value exchanges: If the new item costs less, the remaining credit can be used to purchase other items in the bookshop.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or missing items?
For Wrong item: Please email to sales@pacificbookstores.com and with the "Subject: Wrong Item - Order Reference [Your Order Number]"
For Missing Item: Please email to sales@pacificbookstores.com and with the "Subject: Missing Item - Order Reference [Your Order Number]"
Our customer service representative will respond within 2 - 3 business days to arrange an exchange or collection.
*Note: If any items are temporarily unavailable, a pink credit note will be included in your delivery box. Please keep this note and bring it to the school bookshop to collect the missing item once they become available.
Can I combine multiple order from the same school?
You can combine up to 4 carts in a single order, provided all items are from the scame school. Please refer to the multi-tiered home delivery fees below:

Can I return FAS booklist items that I don't need?
Yes, you can return FAS booklist items you do not need.
For Self-Collection: Please inform the booskhop staff about any unwanted items at the counter during your pickup

How do I opt in or out on the purchase of a booklist item?
During the ordering process, you can choose to opt in/out of purchasing a booklist item using the checkbox.
To include the item in your purchase, ensure the checkbox is ticked.
To exclude the item from your purchase, please ensure the checkbox is untick before proceeding.
