How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds via PayNow and Credit Card typically take 14 to 21 business days to process
The final timeline is determined by individual bank and card issuer policies, the exact day the funds appear can vary. All refunds are strictly returned to their original mode of payment:
PayNow transaction: The amount will be credited back to the bank account linked to your original payment.
Credit Cards transaction: The refund will be credited back to your card statement. We recommend checking your upcoming monthly statements, as it can sometimes take a billing cycle or two to show up.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If we approve a cancellation request, a $15 Cancellation / Amendment fee will be applied per order. Please note that delivery fee are non-refundable if the order is already in transit or has been delivered. Pacific Bookstores reserve the right to impose reasonable terms and conditions for any consent to any Cancellation / Amendment of an online order.
